ULTRA FACIAL CONTRAINDICATIONS (Should NOT be used on patients with:)

• Metal implants in treatment area (Deep brain simulator, metal plates screws)

• Pacemaker, cardioverter defibrillator

• Allergy or sensitivity to Aloe, Neem, Ustilago, Hibiscus, Indian Gooseberry, Shikakai

• Compromised immune system (Immune suppressant Rx, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, Lupus, scleroderma, Autoimmune disease(s))

• Active infection, have open wounds, sores, or irritated skin (in treatment area)

• Melanoma or skin lesions suspected of malignancy.

• Skin cancer and Pre-cancerous lesions

• Active sunburn

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Currently on Acutane (similar medication) **

• Currently on alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) and /or retinols**

 

HAIR RESTORATION CONTRAINDICATIONS ( should NOT be used on patients with :)

MICRONEEDLING WITH RADIOFREQUENCY CONTRAINDICATIONS (should NOT be used on patients with:)  

• Have a pacemaker, cardioverter defibrillator, deep brain stimulator, other implanted electrical devices, metal face threads

• Have active skin cancer, other cancers and /or precancerous warts in the treatment area(s)

• Have open wounds, sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area(s)

• Have an allergy to stainless steel or anesthetics

• Have a hemorrhagic (bleeding) disorder or hemostatic (bleeding) dysfunction.

• Have consumed or injected an anticoagulant drug in the last 10 days

• Are pregnant or nursing

• Am critically ill; unmanaged diabetes; have a compromised immune system (Immune suppressant Rx, HIV/AIDS)

• Have acute (in treatment area(s): eczema, psoriasis, rash etc

• have a collagen vascular disease (scleroderma etc)

• have a history of keloid scarring

• have giant cell arteritis/ Temporal arteritis; trigeminal neuralgia.

• have a history of granulomas

 

MICRONEEDLING WITHOUT RADIOFREQUENCY CONTRAINDICATIONS (should NOT be used on patients with:)  

• Have active skin cancer in the treatment area (s) (face and neck)

• Have open wounds, sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area(s)

• Have an allergy to stainless steel or anesthetics

• Have a hemorrhagic (bleeding) disorder or hemostatic (bleeding) dysfunction

• Are pregnant or nursing

• Are currently taking drugs with the following ingredient: isotretinoin (such as Accutane,) OR who have been off any of these medications for

• Are on a pharmaceutical anticoagulant

• have a collagen vascular disease (scleroderma etc)

• have a history of keloid scarring

• have a history of shingles on the face

• have giant cell arteritis/ Temporal arteritis

• have trigeminal neuralgia

• have a history of granulomas
