Instructions for tele-medicine appointments:
On the day of your confirmed appointment, call our office at 860-572-9566.
Tell us: You have a telephone appointment, Your name, the time of your appointment and your physician.
We will put you on "HOLD" and notify your physician you are waiting.
On the day of your confirmed appointment: When you are ready to Log In, CALL our office to check in so we can alert your physician. Then select the link for your physician.
You will be asked to enter your name and be in a virtual "waiting room". Please wait online until your doctor starts the appointment video.

General appointment policies
All office visits are by appointment only. Please call 860-572-9566 to schedule and appointment. If you have an acute problem, please let the staff know and we will make every effort to see you that day.
If you need to reschedule or cancel and appointment we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice. It is our office policy to charge $50.00 for all appointments that are not cancelled with 24-hour notice or missed. We cannot bill insurance companies for these appointments.
Your first visit at Natura Medica will generally take about 1 hour to complete. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, please fill out the appropriate Intake form, HIPAA and Financial policies forms. Once we have your completed forms we will contact you for scheduling.
On or Before your initial appointment; we need a copy of your picture I.D. and Insurance card.
During your first appointment it would be very helpful if you bring actual bottles of supplements and prescriptive drugs you are currently taking. Recent lab and imaging results can also be helpful.

Co-payments are required at time of visit. We accept cash, personal check, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and Discover.
If you have any other health insurance, payment is expected at the time of visit. This helps us keep our fees as low as possible. Our staff will assist you with the forms necessary to submit to your health insurance carrier.
If you have an Health Savings Account (HSA) all of the services provided by Natura Medica are considered qualified medical expenses.
Insurance coverage is confusing so we encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm that you have "naturopathic care on your policy,"
Following your treatment plan with consistency will give you the best results and we hope you find our pharmacy helpful. Our pharmacy is open during office hours.
